Shipping Policy
Kjøre Project ships all domestic European orders via GLS and international orders via FedEx or DHL and tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Kjøre Project is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer. We always dispatch an order within one working days, but we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume that our currier will take:
- Standard: 1-2 days (IT) -FREE€
- Standard: 3-5 days (UE) -FREE€
- Standard: 5-6 days (World) -FREE€
- Express: 2-4 days (World) -35€

Return Policy
We are pleased to offer exchanges for new and unused merchandise. To initiate an exchange, please contact the Kjøre Project Customer Service Department at sales@kjoreproject.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, and must meet the following conditions:

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returned in their original packaging

Include the Return Authorization Number
Please note that Kjøre Project products are made to order and are considered personalized items. For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted.
However, we offer a one-time free exchange at the company’s expense.
Our products are made with exclusive and unique leathers, which may no longer be available and resold over time. Each item is produced only after the order is placed and, therefore, cannot be resold once returned.
While refunds are not available, we do provide a complimentary exchange service, and we take responsibility for the proper disposal of returned items.

Kjøre Project is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Care of your products
As with any handmade product there are slight and unique variations in each of our goods. From stitching to snap placements to embossing patterns each Kjøre Project product is unique; so each of these items are one of a kind and no two items will be alike. For our leather products, we recommend simply rubbing the leather with a soft cloth or rag to bring out its sheen and to diminish any small scuffs that develop.
We take careful note of how our materials look after 12, and 24 months of heavy use.
